TFI on loose end

According to DIN EN 12195-1, you may normally take the STF value
of the fixed end, and then assume
the loose end value to be
50% of the fixed end. However,
if you can prove that a higher
tensioning force is in fact achieved,
then you may use the
actual measured force.
For example, if you prove 750 daN
at both the fixed and loose ends,
then you may use a figure of 1500 daN
as the total tensioning force in your
calculation. The TFI
on the loose end gives you
the exact tensioning force.

  • Optionally available for all 50 mm strap widths
  • Optimal confirmation of the actual tensioning force
  • Compatible with all hook types

Tidiness improves safety

SpanSet quality lashing straps can be supplied with a securely sewn Velcro fastening. This allows you to be more organised while lashing, prevents knotting and ensures that surplus webbing is always protected and stored tidily. The Velcro strap is sewn directly to the fixed end.

Individualised webbing (woven)

Personalise your webbing with features such as names or telephone numbers in black yarn. The black weave stands in great contrast to the bright „flavin“ (yellow-green) webbing colour, and can be used for marketing or theft-prevention purposes.

Individualised webbing (printed)

Individual printing on the webbing provides a cost effective alternative to weaving. Your logo or lettering is printed in a single colour along the entire length of the webbing as a mark of ownership. Maximum length of the print image: 100 cm, max. 40 characters each measuring 25 mm across.
