The compact and powerful tool for lifting and pulling
Cable winches from the EVR range are devoted purely to power, efficiency and safety and offer a wide range of benefits and options.
Their extremely compact and practical cubic shape, robust construction and universal cable release, which allows the device to used in almost any position, make them a powerful tool for lifting and pulling loads.
The winch design conforms to DIN 15020 - Drive group 1 B, the German BGV D8 Accident Prevention Regulation (winches, lifting and pulling equipment) and the EU Machinery Directive.
Every cable winch is overload tested before leaving the factory and is delivered with a test certificate listing the serial number and operating instructions including the EU manufacturer's declaration.
Equipment and features:
- Internal brake motor permits compact winch dimensions
- Standard: 400 V/230 V European voltage, 3-phase, 50 Hz, IP 54 protection class, insulation material class F
- Adjustable friction clutch to protect the winch against overload. Standard on EVR 1000 kg models
- Spur gear with helical teeth on the first stage ensures quiet operation
- Grease lubrication allows use in all positions
- Spring pressure disc brake integrated in motor securely holds the load, even in the event of a power outage
- Cable drum delivered smooth as standard
- The cable is secured to the drum in a recess so that the rope can be wound onto the drum in several layers without damage.
- Standard models are controlled directly (incl. control switch with emergency stop function, 2 m control cable)
Optional:
- Different drum versions, e.g. extended for greater cable capacity, with separation web and second cable fixing for working with two cables at the same time.
- Gearbox end switches to limit cable motion in both directions (only in conjunction with 42 V contactor controller).
- Single-phase AC motor 230 V, 50 Hz. Contactor controller with 42 V control voltage.
- Slack cable switch to automatically stop winch when cable pull eases, e.g. when a load is set down (only in conjunction with 42 V contactor controller).
- Frequency converter for continuous speed control.
- Adjustable friction clutch to protect the winch against overload for EVR 250 and 500 kg.
- Special versions available for stage engineering and movements over people in accordance with BGV C1.
- Radio remote control
- Special voltages
- Rustproof brakes
- Special version for the wind power industry and special constructions
- Galvanised version also available
- Compressed air version also available on request
Note:
- When choosing the cable length, please note that there must always be at least 2.5 windings around the drum (approximately 1 m)
