The small EVC electric cable winch has been specially designed for use on construction sites and assembly work in industrial and trade applications. It can be carried on connecting rods and screwed down anywhere where there is a firm, level surface (customer to provide stable statics). The installation position is therefore unimportant.
To lift and pull
The rope can unwind in any direction. The permanently lubricated and self-locking worm gear acts as a reliable brake when pulling loads; for lifting applications, the motor functions as a brake motor. In case of repair, the conventional standard motor can simply be replaced.
Complete version with equipment
Both the 230 V AC or 400 V DC versions of the EVC cable winch can be delivered as a complete preassembled unit. The equipment provided comprises a direct control with pendant control box, EMERGENCY STOP, 3 m power lead with mains plug - but no winch cable.

- DIN 3069 steel cable + SE or DIN 3055 + CF recommended
Accessories
The drum can be extended in 10 cm steps for greater cable capacity. Grooves and a cable pressure drum are recommended for clean winding and longer cable service life. The contactor controller and frequency converter control can be enhanced with various features, such as limit and slack cable switches, motor temperature monitoring, overload protection, radio remote control and pendant control box.
Model options
The standard model is available as a 400 V DC or 230 V AC version. Other voltages are also available. We also offer extra control options (3-ph), such as direct control, contactor controller and frequency converter control.
