balancer - we make tools weightless!
The equipment provides high quality and a long service life. The carrying capacities are between 1 kg and 300 kg. The attached tool will be put into a weightless condition across the entire cable extension and after the release it will be moved back to the adjusted carrying capacity.
Productive
Spring pulls/balancer make the attached load almost weightless. At the work station, a tool will be attached to a device whose carrying capacity range covers the empty weight of the tool plus the connection cable or hose. Afterwards, by using a socket head wrench, the spring will be adjusted to the exact total weight - and the tool can now be moved up and down without any effort. Work equipment and tools that are attached to spring pulls/balancers can easily be grabbed and "let loose". Productivity, organisation and cleanliness at the work place will be improved significantly.
Applications
For electrical and pneumatic tools, grinding machines, polishing machines, impact wrenches, riveting machines, spot welding guns, crane control units, etc.
TYPE TCN
The pull springs/balancers type TCN have an aluminium die cast housing, a flexible and resistant stainless steel cable, frictionless bushings, precise cable guides, safety hooks and a spring designed for a long service life. An included cable is used as an additional fall safeguard.
Pull springs 9311 - 9344
The tool will be pulled into the respective work position if pull springs are used. This generates a positive retraction force. After it is released, the tools moves back into the resting position. For models with additional interlocks, the cable of the pull spring will be blocked stepwise when pulled out. The interlock will be released after another pull at the tool or the cable and the tool returns into the resting position.

TYPE 9361 - 9456
In accordance with the most stringent safety standards, the kinematics block the drum in case the spring breaks and prevent a falling of the load. The especially robust monoblock design with its heavy construction protects the balancer especially well. Rotations are supported by ball bearings. The cable guide across rollers is frictionless. A controllable operation is available from below for the types 9361- 9456 to lift the load from the floor and to block it manually (additional charge).
