The heart of the Shockwatch label a precision glass tube that is partially filled with a red fluid. Upon exceeding a defined impact force, the surface tension breaks the fluid and colors the entire indicator red. Different diameters of the tube determine the sensitivity of the indicator and enable you to respond to different weights and sensitivities of your products. Individual serial numbers and warning labels for product and delivery papers complete the concept of gapless transport monitoring that cannot be manipulated. Individualized printing according to your request, even at small volumes, optimizes integration into your company-specific logistics and quality management.

The Shockwatch concept in 5 steps:

  • Attachment of the indicator to the packaging
  • Freight driver acknowledges integrity of the indicator upon accepting the goods
  • Receiving inspects indicator upon delivery
  • The carrier must confirm a triggered or missing indicator upon delivery. He does not receive a simple acknowledgement
  • After detailed inspection of the product, release or transport damage processing is carried out
