Effectively coated against abrasion, thermally precision fixated, woven ton strips and less than 4% elongation - the ABS strap band. Now even better due to the innovative, wear resistant high-tech fibres. Result: Better protection for a long service life.

Controlled loosening prevents accident hazards!

The patented "Anti-Belt-Slip process" makes it now possible to release the pre-tension in small steps. Appropriate preventive counter measures can be taken in case of tilting hazards of the load.

The dual pusher provides more tension force

In the past it was a question of how much muscle force was available to determine whether the next tooth was reached at the end of the tensioning process. The patented dual pusher has now the convenient interim stage and secures even a "half tooth". This means, smaller steps and more tensile force

Innovative label protection

SpanSet has developed a new label for the ABS lashing strap. It has a significantly longer service life and prevents an early exchange of the product based on a label damage. The label is special because of the significant shortening of the label length, the strengthening of the material as well as through an additional PVC protection hose, which covers the entire label.

Optional TFI

The new TFI, Tension Force Indicator, displays the actual pre-tension force in steps of 250, 500 and 750 daN, this enables cogging on the TFI. It provides more safety and economic benefits during lashing.

Optional: Printing on the strap band

The individual printing on the strap band provides a cost effective alternative to weaving. Your logo or your lettering will be printed monochrome, black as an ownership indication onto the strap belt. Maximum length of the print: 100 cm, max. 40 characters with 25 mm width each.
Minimum quantity: 250 m or 30 lashing straps.
