Display of the tension force in three steps

The new TFI, Tension Force Indicator, displays the actual pre-tension force in steps of 250, 500 and 750 daN, this enables cogging on the TFI. It provides more safety and economic benefits during lashing.

Innovative label protection

SpanSet has developed a new label for the ErgoABS ratchet. It has a significantly longer service life and prevents an early exchange of the product based on a label damage. The label is special because of the significant shortening of the label length, the strengthening of the material as well as through an additional PVC protection hose, which covers the entire label.

TFI at the loose end optionally possible

In the past, the pre-tensioning force at the loose end could only be estimated or determined by an external pre-tension measuring device. EN 12195-1describes that you must add the measure forces of the fixed and loose ends into the calculation when lashing or that you can only include 50% of the pre-tension force of the fixed and at the loose end. The TFI at the loose and the fixed end provides a lashing system that always displays the generated pre-tensioning force.

Read the values and include them in the calculation. In case of audits, you can always provide evidence for the pre-tensioning force in the system. You can increase the pretensioning force at the loose end through an improved force transfer in connection with edge protection brackets or sLIP protective hoses.

Optional: Printing on the strap band

The individual printing on the strap band provides a cost effective alternative to weaving. Your logo or your lettering will be printed monochrome, black as an ownership indication onto the strap belt. Maximum length of the print: 100 cm, max. 40 characters with 25 mm width each.
Minimum ordering quantity: 250 m or 30 lashing straps.
