The new CargoPIN Role load restraint system enables safe and easy securing of rolls of metal, especially steel coils, on transport vehicles. Its outstanding feature is the ease of use and effectiveness of the load restraint. This is a great relief to the driver, because they can secure the load with a few hand movements. That saves working hours and costs. The effectiveness can be checked by the driver at any time, which creates legal security through proven strength checking.
The system can be loaded by up to 2000 daN per leg. It is used with lashing chains grade 8, 10 or 12 with nominal size 8 mm.
The wide contact area of the CargoPIN Role means the edges of the valuable rolls of metal are protected and remain undamaged. The easy and practical handling enables one-man use. Thanks to the few, compact components which make up the CargoPIN Role, it is also easy to stow away when not in use.
