Swing


The technique:
The highly flexible but practically tearproof film clings to your different product contours. By clamping the product between two membrane frames, your product is suspended for dispatch. The product remains in position even if the box falls on its side.

We guarantee maximum quality due to the use of strong grades of kraft liner only. This also applies to the outer box supplied, which also has an adjustable height.

Possible uses:
SWING has been especially designed to protect sensitive equipment and other larger goods up to 35 kg.

NORM line:
Standard type with highly elastic and puncture-resistant PU film 75µ or 100µ thick.

ESD line:
ESD PU film 50µ thick. For products which have to be protected against electrostatic discharges to prevent short-circuits.

  • Antistatic film 108 to 1011 ohm surface resistance and 50 volt maximum electric potential
  • For gentle discharge of electrical currents to prevent damage
  • Black corrugated board, both sides graphite coated on request

MAXI line:
PU film 150µ thick. For very flat or heavy products between 2 kg and 4 kg, or with very high weights per unit area.

  • 100% thicker film with high tensile force. So that your product remains securely in position

ECO line:
PE film 80µ thick. The type with a better price. For lightweight and flat products up to max. 2 kg.

Thanks to a special stretch film with more cost-effective basic materials, the total price of this packaging is additionally reduced. High clamping force and adequate restoring forces are the characteristic features of this cost-effective film. Suitable for "one way" dispatch with high throughput quantities.

  • Strong PE-based film with identical corrugated board quality

Pack includes:
2 x membrane cushions, 1 x outer box

Quantities:
All dimensions given below are available for orders of 50 packs upwards without tool costs!
Special types are possible from 1000 packs.

Fefco types:
The SWING packaging is available as Fefco type 0201. Under the Downloads section (right-hand side of this webpage) you will find an illustration of Fefco type 0201.
