LW pallet

The LW lightweight pallet completely fits in the TREXKI packaging concept of producing stable and lightweight products with a consistently high quality.
The LW pallet is available with standard dimensions 1200x800x120 mm and 800x600x120 mm. Special dimensions can also be provided for larger orders. Compared to conventional pallets, the lightweight pallet has a very low weight. With dimensions 1200x800 mm, it weighs only approx. 13 kg.
The plywood deck lends it a smooth and clean surface with minimum moisture absorption capability. Standard pallets have 2 or 3 plywood bottom boards with pressed in, hollow and lightweight steel cylinders. Laboratory tests to test method SS 842003 have shown that:

• the pallet is suitable for static loads of up to 4000 kg,
  
• the joint strength between the individual components conforms to the test requirements and
  
• passed the pallet corner drop tests without any problems whatsoever.
