For automatic infeed control before carton sealers



Controller Type 1
consists of a roller conveyor with catalyzer and runs at a standard speed of 10 m/Min. The roller conveyor is placed upstream of a carton sealer or a different, faster catalyzer. The acceleration this achieves creates proper separation of the conveyed goods.

Controller Type 2
consists of two catalyzers that run at differing speeds. The catalyzer at the infeed, which is downstream of a roller conveyor with a length of 0.5 m, runs at a speed of 10 m/Min. The acceleration is achieved through the catalyzer on the delivery of the roller conveyor, which runs at a speed of 20 m/Min.
