All SOCO dispensers can be connected to a monitoring system for monitoring the sealing process. The monitoring system monitors the adhesive tape roll and knife and outputs light and sound signals in case of error. Upon request, an immediate deactivation of the sealing process can be coupled with it.

The signal is triggered by the following errors:

  • Adhesive tape is not adhered
  • Adhesive tape tears during sealing
  • Adhesive tape is not cut off, and the carton is pulling adhesive tape from the dispenser as it moves forward
  • Out of tape
