The VacuMaster Coil is ideally qualified to take the coils from the pallet and to plug them subsequently on a decoiler mandrel, thin and thinnest metal sheets as well as metal film for steel, tin plate, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals and for damage-free grabbing without mechanical clamps. It has several ring circuit vacuum chambers with one vacuum manometer each. The electro-mechanical linear drive - to be positioned in any interim position - makes turning by 90° possible.
For slit strip thicknesses of: aluminium max. 3 mm, steel max. 1,5 mm
