Manual hoist magnet

The small practical helper with 2-part leather strap for unstacking, grabbing and insertion of thin sheet metals and sheet metal parts from 0.3 to 2 mm, hoisting force: 25 kg, Empty weight: 0,15 kg, Plastic replacement strap on request.

Application:

Put magnet flat on one corner of the sheet metal, lift slightly and grab. Effortless removal by tilting.

Please note:

The full adhesion force can only be achieved for work pieces with smooth, plane and clean surfaces, materials with good magnetic characteristics and adequate thickness. Loss of adhesion for scaled surfaces. 2/3 for magnet claws, 50% for load hoist magnets
