Load hoist magnet & swivel arm
Magnet with hoist arm to turn work pieces by 90°. The swivel arm with a mechanical fixed stop is qualified for "horizontal and vertical operation", ideal for upgrades of already existing magnets types NEO 250 and NEO 500. This makes turning and pivoting of work pieces foolproof. The magnet can be adjusted quickly and easily to the width and the diameter of the work piece. Ideal for the loading and unloading of horizontal processing centres, lathes, etc.
Please note:
The full adhesion force can only be achieved for work pieces with smooth, plane and clean surfaces, materials with good magnetic characteristics and adequate thickness. Loss of adhesion for scaled surfaces. 2/3 for magnet claws, 50% for load hoist magnets
