The Bat-Grip load lifting magnet combines the safety of electro-permanent magnetic systems with the practical and simple battery supply and the electronic control.

Dautanac System

A magnetic switch that allows magnetization or demagnetization only with unloaded chain. These operations can only be carried out if the load hook is not activated; that is, the load is still on the ground or is on the ground again.

Fast cycles

The MAG/DEMAG cycles take approx. 1 second and can be controlled both from the remote radio control as well as from the keyboard of the load lifting magnet.

Handling aid

A tube-shaped safety device that encircles the load lifting magnets makes handling easier and prevents accidents.

Easy operability

The monoblock construction as well as the use of powerful permanent magnets enables the relocation of large weights with extensive dimensions in the simplest manner.

Absolutely flexible use

The Bat-Grip can be used without spatial or temporal restrictions both in manufacturing as well as outdoors, as no electrical connections are required.

Easy charging

The Bat-Grip is standard equipped with a battery charger with corresponding power cable. Charging can be carried out at a voltage of 220-240 V alternating current for a period of approx. 8 hours - over the weekend, for practical reasons. In the case of an insufficient battery charge, the MAG/DEMAG cycles cannot be carried out, which is indicated by a blinking warning light.
