One cross beam will often be used for many years for very different tasks. The hanger that fits today is often too large for the new crane system. The Axzion cross beam is completely equipped and can be changed at any time. Unsafe and time consuming improvisations are no longer required.

The hooks for the modern crane systems are significantly smaller, therefore, the normal hangers made from construction steel often do not fit anymore. The hanging is exchangeable and can be adapted later, e.g. when using a cross beam in a different hall or after the installation of a new crane system.

Swing protection by innovative design

A grating is integrated into the robust steel profiles. This integrated grating makes it impossible that the hook sheet swings, the cross beam hangs significantly more stable. This new design of the Axzion cross beam improves the stability significantly, the number of times the load must be repositioned is reduced and the transport process is faster and safer

The cross beam hangs even more stable when using the 2 strand hanger, special hanging, e.g. use at a car crane, can be quickly realised.

Forged dual hooks with especially large rim width and forged safety traps

Each end strap is hung into a hook, which provides rational hoisting, no possibility of errors and less wear at the round slings and hoisting bands
