Working with the highest forces and with millimetre accuracy

By using the hoist cushions, you will be working with the highest forces and with millimetre accuracy, even in tilted positions. The cushions are suitable for pushing, hoisting, pressing, splitting and stemming. The hoist cushions are the essential, flexible helpers for all applications, whether as an accident or disaster helper, whether for hoisting or adjusting of heavy machinery or as a state-of-the-art tool in modern mining processes in a stone quarry.

Generating high forces with little pressure

hoist cushions generate a hoisting force of up to 67.7 t with a pressure of only 8 bar. They lift silently, without jolts and continuously. Based on their low insertion height of only 25 mm, they offer a maximum of flexibility. A maximum of 2 cushions can be put on top of each other and therefore double the hoisting height.

A comprehensive accessory programme is available for the easy and safe use, e.g. different control units as well as adapters for different air sources.
