RUD VIP overload control VCG, complete
The specially calibrated control element VCG offers an immediate, permanent optical display if your hoisting chain is overloaded. Consisting of 2 connection locks VVS-V, 1 control element VCG and one hoisting chain with 3 elements as an additional safety element in the bypass.
The user can install a new control element if the two display stays do not bump together after an overload (slot width > 0.5 mm). A stronger chain must be used if this displayed overload is repeated. The chain must be withdrawn from operation and must be tested in accordance with BGR 500 2.8 if the display stays are bumped together or if they curl.
