RUD 3 strand VIP hoisting chain with shortener

3 strand chain hanger in special VIP quality for all strands with VIP multi shortening claw VMVK and security hook VIP-Cobra. Carrying capacities of 2,250 kg to 42,000 kg possible. The hoisting chain will be tailored in accordance with your requirements.

  • Up to 30% higher carrying capacity for the same chain thickness as compared to quality class 8
  • Carrying capacity attachment with integrated check gauge
  • Safety gain through integrated heat indicator: The pink powder coating changes its colour when the temperature exceeds 200°C. For illegal overheating above 400°C, the colour changes to black and small blisters develop
  • The fork head connection that cannot be mixed-up guarantees that only VIP chains with a fitting nominal thickness can be installed
  • With more than 20 different components we offer the right hoisting device for any application
In accordance with BGR 500 section 2.8, only two strands can be assumed as load carrying if several strands are used for the load. This does not apply if it is guaranteed that the load is distributed to additional strands or if the carrying capacity of the individual strands is not exceeded if the load is unevenly distributed!
