RUD VIP attached eye weldable LBS.

The new LBS., forged in high-strength Crime steel with innovative design, has a 50% higher carrying capacity. 2 inside patented support neps improve the support of the hooks and the clamping springs are better protected. The support effect for an angular hanger bracket or for a welding surface that is not parallel is significantly improved.

• 100% electromagnetic crack tested and it is in accordance with Norddeutsche Eisen- und Stahlberufsgenossenschaft (Northern German Iron and Steel Association)
• The welding bock is made from the easy weldable material S355J2+N (St 52-3N) forged and it includes the identification number of the permissible carrying capacity in a well readable format. The patented distance neps are used as distance dimension for the required clearance to the root weld (app. 3mm)

Important: The requirements of DIN 18800 are met by the weld seam arrangement (HV continuously), i.e. corrosion cannot develop due to the closed seam, therefore the unit can be used in the open air

Special for the LBS.-U: A spring installed in a protected area keeps the hanger bracket in any required position. The parts are captively connected to each other.

The spring helps to dampen the noise development.
