Assistant column pivoting crane

The Assistant coloumn pivoting crane is especially compact with a low design and it is designed in accordance with the EU machine guidelines of the newest DIN 15018 H2 B2 and it is in accordance with the VDE and UVV regulations. This ensures that especially narrow and low construction operating rooms can be used optimally. The crane arm has a bush bearing and can be easily swiveled by hand. All components are steel flint derusted by a machine and are painted with a green primer REAL 6018, the console is black, REAL 9005. The design is especially warp resistant and has a swivel range of 180°.

Scope of delivery:

Crane consisting of stable standard bearing consoles and crane arms (disassembled) without fastening screws. Delivery including electrical chain hoist, Katzfahr limit stops and complete crane documentation consisting of crane test book, installation and operating instructions.

Basic electrical system:

Lockable installed line disconnecter, round cable power supply in the area of the crane with cable stay tube up to 3000 mm projection, above 3500 mm projection with round/trailing cable feed.

In addition to the installed contactor control, an overload protection is provided by a friction clutch and standard electrical lift limit switches for the highest hook position. They must not be started under normal operating conditions. The electrical chain hoist is attached to a manual carriage. Operating and control voltage 400 V/50 Hz/ 48 V.
