Manual cable winch

The manual cable winch is the new star for stages and studios. It is in accordance with the latest accident prevention regulations BGV C 1 (alt VBG 70), it is approved as a prototype and it is GS tested by the Technical Committee "hoisting devices". The manual cable winch is state-of-the-art with zinc plated side parts. The crank arm can be adjusted and removed. The patented safety crank is equipped with 2 independent acting spring brakes

Standard equipment:
  • Grooved drum for the one layer winding of the steel cable
  • Spring loaded cable pressure cylinder
  • Transmission dimensioning for twice the nominal load
  • 10 times security for the mandatory steel cable (relative to the calculated breaking force)
  • High efficiency factor through spur-gear transmission
  • High service life for the cable through 18-times drum diameter
Special designs available for an additional charge:
  • Drum extension for larger cable storage
  • Special grooving (for multiple cables)
