Portal crane

The portal crane designed in acc. with the latest DIN regulations under consideration of the current regulations of BG, the equipment safety law and are in accordance with the UVV and VDE provisions. The crane is classified in accordance with DIN 15018 H2 B2. The entire steel construction is painted with a primer in blue REAL 5015. The track carriers are made from IPE profiles and the portal supports are made from pipe profiles. The crane carriage is equipped with 4 steering wheels, with dual steering stop and 2 wheels with wheel stop. The wheel casters will be delivered in a plastics design. The crane is qualified for hall operations and can be installed and disassembled easily due to its screw and clamp connections

Delivery including chain hoist, trailing cable power feed up to the hoisting device including CEE plug, circuit breaker, Katzfahr buffer and crane documentation consisting of crane test book, assembly, maintenance and operating instructions.

In addition to the installed contactor control, an overload protection is provided by a friction clutch and standard electrical lift limit switches for the highest hook position. They must not be started under normal operating conditions. The electrical chain hoist is attached to a manual carriage. Operating and control voltage 400 V/50 Hz/ 48 V.
