Pack parts which are clean and dry!
This prevents most of the moisture on packing.



Wear gloves!
This protects the metal from grease and moisture on the hands.



During packing the temperature of the packed goods must be = ambient temperature!
This prevents moisture due to the formation of condensation.



The packaging must be closed and sealed tight!
Seal holes and other damage with adhesive tape!
Prevent access of water!



In case of high bulk densities, place VCI in the middle too!
Otherwise the active agent cannot penetrate through to the middle and provide protection there.



Avoid direct contact between metal and wood, paper or board!
Be extra sure and cover the intermediate layers too or
use VCI corrosion protection boards directly
