Easy securing - EasyLash

With the product range from EasyLash your can reliably secure goods on their transport route. This is just as true for railway transport as for shipping and RoRo transport. EasyLash is suitable for all main load restraint application areas: Bundling and strapping, top over lashing, oblique and diagonal lashing. All EasyLash products combine high quality with easy handling and good value for money. With Easylash you fulfil all requirements of the German railway standard BN 918 090.

Non-returnable lashing - simply clever

SpanSet EasyLash - the principle is just as simple as it is well thought through: The lashing travels, the tensioning devices stay with you. After all, the load simply only has to arrive safely at its intended destination - after that the load restraints are no longer needed.

Quality and reliability

EasyLash lashings are just as strong as reusable, textile lashing and provide reliable load restraint. Three types of EasyLash lashings are available:

The woven straps are heat set, which reduces their elongation to below 7 %. All three have one thing in common: They are practical to handle and provide a secure hold and top quality. All lashings are printed with their respective strength and a traceable code in accordance with the German railway standard BN 918 090.

Practical and versatile

The EasyLash webbing series achieves the same strength as steel bands but are much lighter. At the same time, the handling is much easier, e.g. the strapping and securing of parcels, bundles and pallets. Steel bands frequently cause injuries due to sharp edges. In addition, steel often roughly cuts into the load and causes rust stains on the surfaces due to corrosion. In this case, textile load restraints are clearly the clean, more modern and convenient solution.

EasyLash fulfils the highest standards

A large number of goods for industry are transported by rail. We have therefore developed EasyLash so that it complies with the strict requirements of the German railway standard BN 918 090. The most important criteria:

• Woven webbing, multi-fibre and/or composite lashing must be used for load restraint
• The functional range of the load restraint webbing must be between -25°C and +70°C
• The webbing elongation must not exceed 7 % under a loading of 50% of the system strength of defined webbing & buckle combinations
• According to the loading guidelines, the lashings must have a system strength of at least 500 daN
• Mandatory markings: The lashing must be durably imprinted with the manufacturer's name, batch and system strength
• In an alternating stress test with 100 cycles up to half the braking force, maximum 20 mm belt slippage may occur in the fitting
