More durable:

Heavy parts or equipment in the box are often sent on their travels with their weight very unevenly distributed inside the box. Such "travelling conditions" have a negative effect on the stability of the box. Unless it has been strapped once or twice. Because double strapping increases the stability of your packaging by around 50%!

Tamper-proof:

Advertising printing on the boxes often clearly indicates their valuable contents: Computers and electronics, televisions and electrical appliances, clothing, small items of furniture and much more. Such boxes are often the victims of clever thieves who completely or partly remove the contents and send the box back on its journey with new adhesive tape. Not the case with strapping seal: Because the strapping cannot be pulled off and cannot be tampered with or forged. It acts like a seal which signals the intactness of the dispatch to the recipient from the outside.

More efficient:

How are packages strapped? Strapping can of course also be done manually in individual cases (the appropriate strapping tensioning tools and overlap seals are included in our product range). However, it is more efficient to strap using our tried and tested strapping machines with diverse output levels up to 40 straps/min, i.e. strapping every 1.5 seconds. And if you already have a fully-automatic packaging line we can also offer your the relevant fully automatic machine to integrate, which is triggered by photocells, i.e. does not need a human operator.

Easier grip:

Larger boxes especially, tend to be unwieldy. Strapping often provides the welcome grip (work gloves recommended). Because the valuable contents are better protected if the box is properly lifted rather than being pushed and thrown.
