Natron paper (sodium paper) is primarily a ribbed packing paper, smooth on one side which is made using sulphate pulp.
A differentiation is made between it and natron kraft papers (sodium kraft papers), which are made from 100% sulphate pulp and natron mixed papers, in whose production certain proportions of waste paper are used.
Natron paper is mainly used in the packaging sector and, thanks to its high tear strength, for applications with high mechanical loads.
