Scales integrated in roller conveyor

In this example our customer's requirement was for parcels to be conveyed and weighed along a conveyor section.
Our applications consultants therefore integrated scales in the SOCO roller conveyor to implement a perfect solution for the customer. After all, Evers GmbH offers you perfect protection for your products.

Packing station mounted on scales

In this case the customer required their whole packing station on scales. The customer can therefore use the F100 bottom flap folder to semi-automatically invert their cases and easily fill them. As this semi-automatic case inverter is already mounted on scales, in this case the case can be filled until the required total weight is reached. Evers pallet scales offer large, easy to read output devices which can optionally be connected to the computing system to send the parcel data directly to the dispatch service provider.

In this case the parcels then each pass through a case sealer type T55. This machine automatically pneumatically adjusts itself to cases up to size 500x500mm (width x height).

This solution supplied by Evers ensures large cost savings. The parcels are never heavier than allowed by the parcel service provider, the case seal is optimally sealed by a strip of adhesive tape and the time required is reduced to a minimum.
