Nineties

In 1990, Johannes Trum purchases the neighboring property. The company property grows from 1,500 sqm to 6,000 sqm. After the remodeling in 1991, Evers relocates into a modern office building. An ISDN phone system and an enterprise resource planning systemare installed, while a telemarketing department is established. In 1992, the warehouse is expanded through remodeling by an area of 1,200 sqm. The basis for a 24 hour delivery service was established with the construction of more than 2,000 Euro-Pallet storing positions with storage heights of up to 2.00 m in high shelves with a height of 10.00 m.

In 1994, Evers published mandatory guidelines for all employees under the slogan "Preserve the essentials, protection for natural principles". These guidelines asked the employees to align their thinking and act based on strategy in conformance with nature.

At the end of 1994, the strong>company logo is filed as a protected trademark at the patent office Munich.

Another Evers construction project is completed in 1995. The new office building grew to a four storey office building . Qualified consultations for all work areas of the company are possible in the new exhibition space.

In 1996, Evers participates for the first time at the "Entsorga" exhibition in Cologne. State-of-the-art baling pressescompress cardboard boxes, paper, cans and film without effort to manageable bales and to 20 percent of the original volume. The Evers GmbH philosophy requires that the materials provided by Evers will be recycled.

In 1997, Evers and the manufacturers SpanSet, Rieger & Dietz Kettenfabrik (RUD) and eleven other trading companies founded SIP GBR (Service in Partnerschaft). A unique combination of leading manufacturers with the industry trade was established by including other qualified manufacturers, whose products are distributed through the SIP alliance. The SIP programme includes textile hoisting devices such as hoisting straps and round slings, steel cables, hoisting chains and accessories, hydraulic machine lifters, industrial trucks, manual hoisting devices, cross bars, grippers, lashing straps, lashing chains, impact protections and personal protection equipment. The service component includes among others the upkeep, maintenance and annual test of the hoisting devices and the manual hoisting devices for operational reliability in accordance with the accident prevention regulations. Short delivery and reaction times are important for our customers.

In December 1998, Klaus-Rudolf Evers leaves the company for reasons of age.

In time for Interpack 1999, Evers established its own Online presence with the e-Business platform. The entire product portfolio is electronically available under www.eversgmbh.de. The also newly established hotline 0 18 02 / 99 55 99 gives Evers the opportunity to provide competent consultations for all packaging question at the cost of a local call.

Johannes Trum celebrates his 30th anniversary with the companyon October 1, 1999. Evers is the model for all customer oriented companies. This applies to the treatment of customers as well as for the company culture and the work climate. It is also applicable for the above average growth rate and the financial success. And it also applies to the image of the entire company.
